How long does it take to receive my order?

We work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. If all items in your order are in stock, typical processing time will be within 2 business days after your order has been placed. Once the order has been processed, it will be picked up by the courier at the earliest available time for shipping.

Please visit the Shipping page for detailed pricing for your destination. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you selected at check-out which is dependent on the location of the shipping destination. Note the shipping timelines are approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from after the order has been processed, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

Will I incur additional custom duties and fees? 

Please note that deliveries outside of Canada may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Sunset Capri does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out to us via customercare@sunsetcapri.com or the Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we will not be able to cancel or update your order after 24 hours as the order will be processed. 

How can I track my order?

Your receipt and any updates about the status of your order will be sent to the same email address you used to place your order under. Once the package has been picked up by the courier, the tracking number will be automatically sent to your email. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

Should your order not be processed within 2 business days, we will be in contact with an update within 24 hours to your email inbox. Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience during this busy time of year. What is the Warranty?

We understand that handmade jewelry can be delicate, which is why we are offering free warranty for 15 days after your purchase so you can shop with confidence. 

If you notice your item has a defect within 15 days after the date of delivery, please contact us and we are happy to offer a free exchange for you. Simply contact us via customercare@sunsetcapri.com or the Contact Us page, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. 

Please note we will not be able to offer free exchange for product defects as a result of normal wear and tear, or failure to adhere to the care instruction for the jewelry. 

What is the Return Policy?

We offer 15-day returns for all purchased items eligible for a return. To quality for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage as a result of normal wear and tear, or failure to adhere to the care instruction for the jewelry. 
  • Items must be in all original packaging (box and free jewelry pouch and cleaning cloth unused).
  • A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email customercare@sunsetcapri.com or the Contact Us page to initiate your return. The 15-day return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered. No return will be available after the window has closed. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you will automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Return shipping fee is free in Canada and United States. 

Return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from all countries outside of Canada and United States. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
