Warranty & Exchange Policy

We meticulously inspect each finished piece to ensure it meets our stringent standards before it reaches your hands! However, we understand that handmade jewelry can be delicate, which is why we are offering free warranty for 15 days after your purchase so you can shop with confidence. 

If you notice your item has a defect within 15 days after the date of delivery/pickup, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to offer a free exchange for you.

Simply contact us via customercare@sunsetcapri.com or the Contact Us page, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. 

Please note we will not be able to offer free exchange for product defects as a result of normal wear and tear, or failure to adhere to the care instruction for the jewelry.
